Team "explosion"

This is looking to be a very exciting month for my Pampered Chef Team. On Monday, Haley joined the team, recruited by one of my consultants. On Tuesday, Angi joined the team, recruited by me (and saved the day at my very smokey show). By Friday, Krisha is going to sign, again under one of my consultants, making her a Future Director! My very first!!!! I'm very excited about that. Add to that the fact that there are at least 3 others who may be joining the team this month! I'm really hoping it will help make a difference with team sales that help us hit our requirements for me staying out of relinquishment.

My sales and attendance have been increasing a lot lately. My show average is up by about $300. My team's sales average is up too. As I already said, our recruiting is up...we may double our team in a 2 month period. really thank God for how He is blessing my business.

I'm heading off to a New Director Academy this weekend! Pampered Chef is paying for the conference, hotel, food. All I have to do is pay for the gas (which at this point in time is getting more costly by the minute!) and food for meals not at the conference. I'm meeting a friend, who is also a director, in Noblesville, and heading to Illinois together. It should be a lot of fun.
