A Side Trip

After our visit with Flat Stanley we decided to go to Murdoc's in Wabash. Murdoc was an elephant who allegedly escaped from a circus train travelling thru town many years ago. Murdoc's is a cute cafe (with wireless internet for any of you who look for places to surf while away from home) where you can purchase great beverages like coffee, lattes and smoothies (my favorite). You can also enjoy food too. Anyway, it's a cute spot.

Here's some cute pictures from outside the cafe:

It's not often that you can ride an elephant right in the middle of town!

I can now say that my daughter has kissed an elephant. This was her idea and she asked if she could do it.

This elephant's height makes Katy look like she's actually riding a real elephant baby.
