Huber Lake/ Oceans 32

This is a picture of Huber Lake. (Or Oceans 32 if you want to consider it like a movie...except we aren't a band of criminals.) It was taken back in November. We've dealt with Huber Lake 5 times, I think. We wanted you to taste a bit of our laid back evening. We enjoyed dinner with my Grandpa and Grandma Lytle, and my parents too. Then, the action began...

When the girls headed toward the water (Daddy's allowed it, not mommy...they were in good clothes too.), they were barefoot. It then went to Lilly getting Katy's boots because Lilly's boots had gotten wet yesterday when she "rinsed" off her muddy boots. Katy was still barefoot, but soon got the idea that she didn't care if her sister's boots were wet. Then, the boots which were on the wrong kids(Lilly's were size 13 and Katy's size 10), were switched while standing at the water's edge. That meant each of them stepped onto the wet, muddy ground before stepping into their own boots. Each of them almost fell head first into the water in the process.

The girls decided it was time to do more then think about getting into the water, so after digging for worms they headed in.

Time for Daddy to get involved. He really wanted to push them into the lake.

This is where the real action starts...

You knew it had to start sometime, didn't you? Big sister pushes little sister into the water. Never fails...classic big sister triumphs over little sister.

Every good team needs a huddle, right? Gotta figure out what the plan is so you know
your next move.

At the end of every "War", the little sister must triumph...right? Oh wait, I hope my brother doesn't comment on this. :-)

If this isn't a face of triumph...who could resist!

I wanted to put a picture of the Canadian "Marionized" geese who joined the girls in our lake, but I wasn't about to wade down to the other end of the street to get it, nor was I going to allow the girls to carry a camera down there!
