Not so, My Friend,

Not so, my friend. Not so...The house, it has traffic...much foot traffic, but still no offers. People visit, people like the house, people say, "The house is nice and it is at the top of our list, but we are still looking." Owners say, "Not good enough. The house MUST sell."
The realtor says, "I've shown more people through and have 3 more showings, so we'll see what that means for us."

Although I'm trying to wax humorous, I find it hard to sit patiently waiting. I was sure the house would sell quickly because we were doing what we knew God wanted us to do. Now, after the house has been on the market since the beginning of September, it seems crazy that it hasn't sold.

We keep hoping to see an offer. The people who went through a week or so ago who were interested apparently didn't have good success at the bank because they won't return the realtor's calls. The lady who has said she is interested has had no word, and it is thought that she is full of bologna. A friend that works at the grant company said she has been watching for the gals information to process it, but has not seen it. According to the lady waiting for the grant, it is in the process of being reviewed by the board. My friend is part of the board. So...who knows. We are still at the point we were when we moved. Frustrated that it hasn't sold and praying that God will move on our behalf.
