Since today is Mother's Day and I thought you might enjoy reading something one of my daughters wrote at school, I thought I would share that. All spelling and words appear as they did on her paper that came home.
The Cutest frog

The Cutest frog I saw was on my bike. It look like this. It was green and it had pink bumps. I put him in a cake and I fed him bugs and me(at).
He lives in my backyard.
His enemies are dogs and snakes.

My favorite mo(n)th is October. I like it because it is my birthday. I have a party on October 30.
(Mother's comments: Somehow I think this is a bit presumptive!)

I rilly liked the twirl s(l)ide. I rilly liked get(t)ing my picture of my shado(w). I like the water plase. I like playing the pano (piano). I love Scien(ce) Central!

That is so fun! Tell her that I am going to use her story about the frog in my class because my room is done in frogs.
