Prayer Request

Please pray for my brother Andy and his family (Natasha, Caleb, and Joshua). They are currently in Russia as missionaries, but due to serious medical issues are heading home to Kentucky on Saturday. Please pray for God's continued work and protection.

Caleb's ear ruptured this week in the midst of all the health issues with Natasha. The mission board made it clear that they needed to get home so that Natasha could get treatment.

Here's how you can pray:

Pray for Andy and the boys as they are still in Vladimir and Natasha is in Moscow (she went there to get some treatment and make sure she was cleared to fly back normally and not have to have a medivac take her out).

Pray for smooth travels so Natasha won't be stressed and the trip home will be peaceful.

Pray for Caleb's ear to heal without any complications.

Pray for Natasha's mom, aunt, and grandma to find salvation (even with out Andy and Natasha physically there with them...God is doing some neat things in Natasha's mom's life.)

Pray for Andy to find a job quickly.

Pray for Natasha to be able to receive treatment and answers quickly next week. (It is thought it is a hyper-thyroid issue)

Pray for safe travels for mom as she drives to KY tomorrow, for me when I go, and for dad who will be travelling later this weekend.

Pray that all their luggage will arrive without anything being lost, damaged, or delayed.

Thanks for your prayers. I'll keep you updated.

Oh, and my grandparents in Nebraska are now in rehab. Grandpa is not gaining his strength back very well.

I am finally getting around to reading blogs now that we have access to the internet. I have missed out on almost three months worth of blogs.
How is your brother and his family doing?

Okay, I am officially telling you that you don't blog often enough! Do you have any updates? And how is homeschooling going?
Love,
