More shed Shots

It is now almost 5:30 pm. The shed is almost done. The builders have left to go purchase the materials for the ramp we ordered today after seeing the height of the entrance to the shed.

There is a loft inside the barn for storage. I tried convincing Lilly that this would be her new room. We'd bring her some blankets, her babies, and maybe Phil would put up some extra border just like what is in her room so it would feel like "home". She's been complaining that everyone "bothers" her, so I thought this might be a good solution. She knew I was teasing! She did well to go along with it.

Here are the pictures! I've even gotten some great shots of the girls! (of course Jenna is included since she seems to be a fixture here too!)

This shot doesn't really show much except give you an idea of where the shed's location is.

This shot was taken from the door of the shed looking toward the back and up.

This is from the back toward the doors.

Rafter shot

Looking down off the ladder out the rafters toward the house.

The beginning of the loft.

The shingles are almost done.

The builders left to go get the wood for the ramp we ordered after seeing the height of the entrance, so it's time for a little bit of fun! The girls pictured are: Jenna (neighbor friend), Lilly, and Katy.

I think this is one of the best ones of the day!

Don't they look like they're having fun?!!

Shot from behind the shed when it's basically done.

A shot of the doors on the shed.

We still have to paint it. Phil said the color on it is a primer color. I really like the color because it is different and blends well with the house. I think the painting happens on Saturday. Phil said that the girls could help...they'll paint the back so no one sees their mess! Katy's pretty excited because when she paints she'll be allowed to take her Medic Alert bracelet off (the rule is that it NEVER comes off...unless you are painting.). She thinks it is pretty cool she'll get to take it off. She's had it for about a year and it has never been off.

Tomorrow, we get the play set, so there will be lots more pictures!

I'll try to post one or 2 more shed shots when it is completed.
