Today we received an offer on the house. The offer came in EXTREMELY low. Our realtor was very upset that the people would offer so low. We are in the process of counter offering.
I feel it is a praise that we finally got an offer and that someone may actually want our house. I just wish the offer had been better. Hopefully they will work with us on the counter offer.

I wish sometimes God wold just audibly tell us what to expect and what to do... wouldn't that be nice?!?
We'll be praying your counter offer goes through! Our Marion house has been on the market since last April (we're living in Wisconsin now) and no offers yet so I know what you've been going through!
