House update

We received a call from our realtor yesterday saying that the couple who had put in the offer on the house have turned it down and walked away. Talk about a downer. On the flip side, we didn't really want to go as low as we had, so now we can start fresh and hopefully have people take it closer to what we're asking. A bidding war would be nice. It would also be nice to have someone who is part of the Tri-County grant program who could take over our grant and save us a bunch of $$$. Time will tell. We're almost to March, so hopefully someone will decide it is the right one for them.

We haven't heard a word from the lady who has been interested for quite some time. She was supposedly waiting to hear from the Tri-County review board, but our friend who works there has never seen any information on her. (This friend is part of the review board and has been flagged about the woman to make sure that she gets in the right program to take over our grant). It's hard to tell if the woman is telling the truth to our realtor, or just saying that. Guess time will tell.
