Lilly's Last Chapel

Today was Lilly's last chapel at school. At HCA, they have chapel each day for an hour. It isn't just "putting in the time", it's truly pouring your heart into worship and prayer, as well as teaching. It's so awesome to watch 70 kids just all out worshipping God. There's no way to describe it.

Today, the entire school gathered around Lilly and prayed for her, asking God to take care of her and help her, then prayed blessing over her. They also sang her favorite song, "Open the Eyes of my Heart, Lord." Her teacher also gave her a canvas bag that everyone in the school had signed special for her! It was so awesome.

Her principal spoke on Matthew 11;29 about taking my yoke upon you and how it is easy. He said our burden can be moving, or any number of things that weigh us down and we are instructed to "roll our burdens over" onto HIM. BOY did I need that today!

Lots left to do, but hope to blog more later.
