Writing is a passion of mine. I love when I can sit down and pen my feelings. It's rewarding when my writing hits home to others, but my main goal for writing is to express my thoughts and feelings. This year as we've started school, I've assigned Katy to write each week. I've committed to taking that same time to write on my blog each week too.

Thanks for posting this! We're already doing our library's summer reading program, but we might as well do this as well! Also...do you know that Barnes and Noble offers their educator's discount to homeschooling families? All you have to do is provide proof that you are homeschooling, which, for us in Ohio is a letter from the school district. It is a 20% discount, which is pretty good, so, while there isn't a Barnes and Noble in Marion, it could be worth your time if you're in Indy or Fort Wayne some time!
